Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This website is operated by Pandamander LLC ("Pandamander", "we", "us") to promote our game They Keep Rolling: Incremental Ball Roller. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Pandamander LLC is an independent game studio based in the United States. You can reach us at pandamander.games@gmail.com.

2. What this site does

This is a simple promotional page. It does not have user accounts, forms, or purchases. Its main purpose is to send you to our Steam store page, where you can wishlist the game or download the free demo. Anything you do on Steam is governed by Valve's privacy policy, not ours.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us. None, unless you choose to email us.

Information collected automatically, only with your consent. We run advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Reddit. To understand whether those ads work, we may use the following tools on this site:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): records that your browser visited this page and whether you clicked a button that leads to Steam, and links that to your Meta ad activity if you have a Meta account. See Meta's privacy policy.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google LLC): measures page views, clicks, approximate location, device type, and referring site. See Google's privacy policy.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies. How they run depends on where you are visiting from:

• European Union, United Kingdom, and EEA visitors: they do not run until you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. If you click "Decline" or ignore the notice, no advertising or analytics scripts load and no cookies are set by them.
• Everyone else: they run when the page loads. You can turn them off at any time with the "Opt out" button on the notice or the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer.

We determine your region from your browser's time zone setting, not from your precise location. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out everywhere.

Server logs. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and operations. See GitHub's privacy statement.

4. Embedded content

The trailer on this site is served by YouTube. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and the video does not load until you click play. When you do, YouTube may set cookies and collect information under Google's privacy policy.

5. How we use information

Only to measure and improve our advertising, for example to learn which ad drove a visit that led to a Steam wishlist click. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to promoting our game.

6. Cookies and your choices

• Cookie notice. Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer, or clear this site's data in your browser settings and reload the page.
• Do Not Sell or Share (California and similar state laws). Sending visit data to Meta and Google for ad measurement may count as "sharing" personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You can opt out with the footer link on any page. We do not sell personal information for money, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
• Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
• Platform controls. You can manage ad preferences directly with Meta and Google.

7. Data retention

We do not store personal data ourselves. Data collected by Meta and Google is retained according to their own policies and the settings of our advertising accounts, typically for a limited period used for campaign reporting.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, or to object to its processing. Because we do not hold personal data directly, most requests are best made to Meta or Google using the links above. You can also contact us at pandamander.games@gmail.com and we will help.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
